Le terrain b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une magnifique exposition et d\u2019une vue sur les ch\u00e2teaux de Val\u00e8re et Tourbillon. La topographie l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sur\u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019ouest du terrain favorise l\u2019intimit\u00e9 et permet d\u2019int\u00e9grer 2 niveaux d\u2019habitation hors sol.<\/p>\n

Le lien entre l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur est soulign\u00e9 par de grandes ouvertures en fa\u00e7ade. Les mat\u00e9riaux et la forme du b\u00e2timent favorisent \u00e9galement l\u2019int\u00e9gration au site.<\/p>\n

L\u2019utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux bruts en fa\u00e7ade (b\u00e9ton, pierre naturelle, verre, m\u00e9tal, bois) et le travail sur la forme (toiture plate, volume horizontal) permettent \u00e0 la villa de s\u2019inscrire dans une typologie de plaine.<\/p>\n

Les espaces int\u00e9rieurs sont s\u00e9par\u00e9s selon leurs fonctions (priv\u00e9, semi-priv\u00e9, publique).<\/p>\n

Ils entrent en relation les uns avec les autres en s\u2019articulant autour du noyau central de circulation,<\/p>\n

situ\u00e9 au centre du b\u00e2timent et reli\u00e9 \u00e0 un patio ext\u00e9rieur. Les  espaces de vie sont fluides, g\u00e9n\u00e9reux et orient\u00e9s sur la nature luxuriante de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n
